Student Athlete Management Program (SAM)
The SAM Program supports high school athletes (15-18) in achieving athletic professionalism while balancing academics and family commitments.
The program includes rowing, Strength and Conditioning (S&C), performance tracking, coaching, nutritional, and psychological guidance with a data-driven approach to prevent overtraining and promote long-term development.
We help athletes build their "Athlete Brand" and secure scholarships, with notable achievements including competitions in the Australian Rowing National Championships and various state championships.
