Our KickStart program consists of six one-on-one Personal Coaching Sessions. It's a comprehensive introduction to weights and strength training, tailored to meet you where you are, regardless of your previous experience or fitness level. These sessions are designed to help you understand the fundamentals of training, learn proper form and technique, and build a solid foundation for your fitness journey.
