It's been years since I've trained, and I'm nervous. What do I do?

Don't worry! Our coaches are here to support you. Start with our KickStart program to ease back into training with personalised guidance and a pace that suits you.

How long do your sessions run for?

Our sessions typically run for up to 60 minutes, providing ample time for warming up, a comprehensive workout and some time to cool down, recover or work on your mobility/rehab.

I've got previous injuries. Can I still train at the gym?

Yes, you can! Our coaches will work with you to develop a safe and effective training plan that takes your previous injuries into account, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Do you offer nutrition advice?

Yes, we do! Our coaches can provide general nutrition guidance to support your training and fitness goals. We also work closely with registered Dietitians and Nutritionist.

Can I try the gym before committing to a membership?

While we don’t offer trial sessions, we do allow "Drop-in" sessions for those who have trained previously.

What is the ratio of coaches to clients in your SGPT sessions?

In our Small Group Private Training (SGPT) sessions, we maintain a 1:4 coach-to-client ratio, ensuring you receive personalised attention.

Is there parking available at the gym?

Yes, we have vehicle parking available for our members, making it convenient to fit your training into your schedule.

Do you offer any programs for young athletes?

Yes, our Student Athlete Management (SAM) Program is designed for high school athletes aged 15-18, providing comprehensive training and support for their athletic and academic goals.
